We're thrilled to share some exciting news with you. We are now offering one-on-one and group sessions in person! Until now, unless you saw us as a corporate group coaching client, the only way to access one-on-one coaching was online.
As of today, those living in Ottawa, and the surrounding regions, can access our one-on-one and group coaching services at the Ottawa Integrative Health Centre (OIHC). Â
